Subject: [PATCH] small label updates (#612)

* labels: fix 'consentual' typo

This label has never been applied, so safe to just change it.

* labels: new 'nsfl' label, under both porn and gore categories

* labels: new account-security label (always warn)

* labling: re-word spam subtitle
