1.0.4c-zio3: spell out ranks on the scoreboard, without brackets
CS2 adds its own brackets around the clan tag, so "[O]" showed as "[[O]]". The default scoreboard tags are now Owner, Sen.Admin, Admin, T.Admin, Mod, T.Mod, Helper and Guardian. Chat keeps the short [O]/[M] prefixes.
