  chore: build no longer writes "jRandomSkills - Server Files"

  Drop the csproj Copy* targets and the directory's .gitignore entry. release.sh now assembles a
  single tarball laid out like game/csgo/ (plugin, gamedata, compiled Panorama layouts) straight from
  the build output and sources; updater.json points at it.
